Brooklyn Studios By The Beach

I checked in at 6 pm, and the studio was not clean after the previous guess. I had to book a hotel that night and I'm still waiting on my refund for the studio and the booking representative I spoke, told me I have to pay a fee in order to get my refund.

Nothing I wasn't able to get in.

I was unable to get into the property and when reaching out to the host he was noncommunitive. He never explained to me that there was a time I need to be there in order to contact the office if needed and due to this i was locked out all night with no where to go because I do not live in NY and was visiting. To add insult to he continued to try to take money off my card and i paid in full before even arriving. After reaching out for a refund he told me that I have to wait for my money back. I am still currently waiting on my refund. I am displeased and disappointed on how I was handled and my visit was stressful and unpleasant because of this.

The property is very near to station and beach Easy to travel Direct drain to downtown

Cant request emergency assistance, It will be self stay like air bnb, the only contact to staff will be by text only.

Clean, very comfortable bed, quite location, good shower and good value

The communication was a bit later than I'd hoped to get the key codes, but all went smoothly

We like the fact that we had the option to walk to Brighton beach and "Luna amusement Park" from the property. There were also restaurants and a live band playing on the boardwalk. That was fun.

No Parking but it's always like that in Brooklyn
