"I’m very worried that they have my debit card info."

It was close to the subway.

They asked me to text them my credit card info and ID, and I didn’t see the warning on Booking.com. So that’s super shady and now I need to get a new debit card. No one met us at the door or anything so I have no idea who these people are who have my cc info. There was no hand towel. No blow dryer. The bath mat was DIRTY. The booking was too expensive to not have these basic amenities.

"Refreshing!"

The location. The train station is literally up the street and the beach is two short blocks away. You’re close to Brighton Beach and Coney Island beach. Additionally, there are plenty of little stores, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stands and great places to eat.

N/A I had a small issue with sand on the floor and the tv connecting to wi-fi, BUT my stay overall was great. The host was accommodating and very receptive and responsive to my inquires. I would Definitely stay here again.

"Exceptional"

This property was amazing! Super quick walk to the boardwalk and beach and only 1 block from a street full of shops with everything you would ever need. The unit was super quaint and was perfect for a few nights stay near Coney Island. Great location and safe little block. Nothing was far and even the Ubers were cheap. We can't wait for our next stay in this area, it will 100% be at this location. 10000/10 recommend.

"Disgusting place"

Nothing

The owner didn’t clean the room from the previous guests. The room was the mess and smell bad. Worst experience ever, never happened to me before. They offered me to clean the room only on the next day that we refused and cancelled the stay. Highly unrecommended

"Crap"

Only the location.

The bed has black mold under it. The bedding has stains. Hopefully coffee (did not investigate). Base was broken. We needed to put it together better. Host was hard to get hold of for the key. Waited an hour to get in. He wanted a photo of my credit card details. Don’t provide those. Bath is old and has rust and the pipes are clogged so the water takes long to drain. Awful place. Would never stay there again. Horrible.
