Convenient location.

Not clean, smelled disgusting, was too hot and unable to regulate the heat. Bedsheets had hair everywhere. Bathtub filthy. Toilet seat was broken.

The surroundings are just to my taste. I liked everything, the proximity to the beach, peace and quiet.

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Upon our arrival at 6 PM, our room was not ready. The floor was dirty, the fridge and trash were full of garbage. We left a message for the host, informing them that the room had not been cleaned, and went for a walk to give them time to address the situation. When we returned around 8:30 PM, the room was still dirty. The host claimed the sheets were clean, but they clearly were not, as shown in the pictures I posted! Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to book a room at another hotel. The host agreed to a full refund if we did not leave a negative review on Booking... However, two weeks later, I contacted Booking support, who informed me that the host had refused the refund without any explanation. Since then, the host has not responded to our messages or calls. This behavior is completely unacceptable from a professional. I see from the comments that I am not the only one who has experienced this kind of inconvenience. I hope Booking will take notice of this host. It is unacceptable to refuse a refund for a room that was not ready for our stay and which we didn’t even stay in!

The neighborhood had charm. Everything else was hideous. Every amenity they claimed to have is a lie. It is unsafe. I had a slip and fall in the shower due to the fact that their shower curtain was improperly, mounted and fell while I was in the shower and caused me to fall and hit my head. They do not care. It was filthy. The refrigerator was unusable because it was so dirty and stinky. The mattress was worse than a futon. There was no fan no air conditioner. All the both were promised in the amenities. For over $200 a day basically, I wish we’d stayed in any hotel or anywhere else.

Everything it was hideous please do not ruin your trip by staying in this place. That is a lie everything they said they had that was supposed to be nice as a lie. They don’t even have a closet. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. I had to scrub it myself with Comet and a lot of dirt came off. We got teeny weenie towels, one each for the whole week and it was really the kind of towel. You would use more for like a hair towel and they weren’t even clean When I asked for more they mocked me and I took pictures of the mocking text because it’s important that I have proof. It was unsafe there was no cover on the window. They remove the air conditioning unit which we’ve been promised of space with an air conditioning unit. It was so hot and stifling. We open the window, but they were giant rats all over and could’ve easily had a rat climbing the window. It was a frightening and unsafe experience. I was injured in the shower due to how badly the shower curtain was mounted, and it fell when I was in the shower and I slipped and hit my head and then I got it back up and was trying to shower again, and then it hit the curtain fell and hit me again. They did not care. These owners have contempt for their guests. Why they’ve chosen to go into the hospitality industry is beyond my comprehension as they have no hospitality or even concern for your safety. An unsafe place to stay. Do not ruin your trip by staying there, stay anywhere else!

What breakfast? There was no breakfast.

There was a big sink in the bed, the floor in the entire studio was not swept nor mopped, the back of the chairs were filthy. Because of so much dust under the bed it looked like cotton balls. The entire cleaning company needs to be revaluated.

Clean, owner very accommodating to us, we missed our flight and owner made sure we were able to get in asap. I had his phone number from previous stay and was able to check in early. Not a large room but just what we needed.
