The owner was more than helpful and happy to help my quest in anyway she could, the room was clean, a little cramped, but their attention to detail was good. location into town was excellent.

Little cramped, ie furniture didn't quite fit room , doorway to toilet compromised , and those stairs!! ( not much can be done with that one though)

there was no breakfast so for the price I was expecting something a bit better.

no bedside lights noise from another room until after 12 midnight noise started again at 7am we arrived at about 5 and on the inner door- open to all passers by was a piece of paper with my full name and the code to get in the building and instructons that key was in the door. this upset us as anyone could have walked in and seen the code which would have been easy to guess. we never met the host but my daughter and i found the whole stay unsettling with worries about security. no bathmat toiletries v limited. hallway was dark and uninviting tv reception pixilated

Ideal location for North Norfolk Railway. Good messaging re arrival details.

For £120, no breakfast. (Was a short notice booking at a busy time so expected to pay a bit more)

No hot water, couldn’t shave or shower. Very cramped room and bathroom.
