Water pressure in shower on second floor room was quite poor

The location is good

The room was shabby, not entirely clean, the toiletries were minimal, no information and just a torn railway enthusiast magazine, the room was barely decorated with wall hooks on which nothing hung, the shower dribbled lukewarm water, wifi came and went. I had no contact with the owner beyond initial information about entry and my room, and I had to assume the term and time of leaving. There was no breakfast, and everything felt like somewhere which had seen better days. Given all of that the price was unreasonable.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the location was great and our dog was allowed

We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and as it was bank holiday, no emergency plumbers were available?. We went home a day early

The owner was lovely, helpful, super clean and the location very central

Temperature of hot water in shower it was super hot and couldn't change it

Superb, friendly and welcoming hosts, good location, coded door entry allows easy entry on your own timescales, wifi available, multiple channels on television in room, good availability given how busy and popular Sheringham is.

nowhere to hang wet towel, not the best bedding and towels, pricey compared to others especially as no breakfast is provided

Sadly no breakfast was available but there was a Costa Coffee that opened early nearby. The room was pleasantly roomy with a tiny but neat en-suite shower. Elizabeth was very welcoming and friendly. We were able to use the a car-parking space which was invaluable.

The building and hallway are a bit drab but we noticed decoration work going on
