Bed next to window with fortunate breeze. Water in fridge . Plenty of sockets & USB sockets Location perfect for our needs

No bedside table, no fan.. TV was only Internet & would not connect. Had to move kettle as extra socket that had been added did not work

A good location within easy reach of the railway station and local shops and bars. Small mini fridge in room with bottled water provided.

No contact with owner other than a text message saying let yourself in the doors are unlocked your room number is available in the hallway. Room dated and stale odour (maybe related to dogs being accepted at property). Advert said towels provided, however only one small hand towel in the bathroom with no others provided. TV was next to useless, took ages to get anything to work and even then it was repeats from earlier in the day. Started to watch a film and 3/4 way through the TV cut off. Managed to get another film but 1/2 way through a message comes up the signal has been lost. No up to date programmes available. Ensuite was very poor, shower was so small, toilet seat was too small for the actual toilet it was fitted to. Dirt and muck around plughole in sink. Half used bottle of shower gel provided. Advert said tea/coffee maker and wardrobe provided in room - none provided. Luggage storage over the door was both unsuitable and impractical to use (and I'm 6ft tall) Kettle was provided, but found it half full of water. Heating element had rust on it and deposits of dirt / rust in the bottom so unable to use. Advert said soundproofing - none really evident with noise from other guests coming and going easily heard. Rips and tears in wallpaper and generally very run down. Bed was only OK not overly comfortable. My booking was very last minute after a planned operation was cancelled. It is easy to see why most other properties in Sheringham had already sold out prior to this one, and whilst I expect to pay a little bit more in the summer months to stay in Sheringham, £130 per night was way over the odds for the room I was given (no breakfast included). No contact with the owner, so reluctantly I chose to leave the key in the room and find an alternative for the second night. There is a dire need of upgrade work and refurbishment before this property is anything like suitable to charge the current prices. All in all very disappointing.

Room suited the mobility issues. Straight up one flight of stairs

The room was tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff and communication was excellent.
