The Guest House in Sheringham

Very disappointed with this guesthouse. The pictures online are completely misleading — nothing looks like what was advertised. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and much smaller than shown. It’s nothing like what you'd expect based on the photos. Would not recommend staying here.

We honestly didn’t expect the guesthouse to be like this. The photos online looked much nicer than what we found in reality. The room was smaller, not very clean, and just felt a bit neglected overall. There were a few issues with the bathroom and the furniture wasn’t in great condition. It just didn’t match what was advertised. Definitely not what we were hoping for.

Location, parking, helpful staff, cleanliness and the sheets were so soft.

Would have been nice to have bottles of water In room, also maybe somewhere to put clothes

We stayed on 2 occasions in sept and we contacted the Guest House at very short notice and they were great. we were made top feel welcome and the host was fantastic.

Quiet, clean, light and airy with a comfortable bed. Close to centre of the town for restaurants, shops and buses

No food available, no staff to ask for help. No heaating in the room. Bathroom was too small with no practical accessories like mirror, shelf, tooth-mug, towel rail.

Fantastic location ,perfect for access to the station and the town . Liz was very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately the “perfume”of the place was a little irritating for my friend,made her cough a lot ,she’s a sensitive soul 🤪
