Dale End Cottage, Brassington

The location was the perfect base for our weekend exploring the Peak District. the house was charming, cozy and warm. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners left a delightful surprise of a bottle of wine and a package of biscuits. Th water was hot and plentiful. Situated on the edge of the darling village, it was quiet, and the view across the street was just lovey to wake up to.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a lovely village. We had a lovely time at Dale End Cottage. It was really cosy and well equipped. The outside seating area will also be lovely in the summer. Will definitely come back - thank you.

Lack of phone signal, so had drive around to get signal to retrieve the key code to enter the property. The toilet flush is very weak

A beautifully kept cottage. Exceptionally clean. Welcoming. Lovely furnishings. Warm with plenty of equipment and accessories. A welcoming bottle of wine and chocolate biscuits were a very pleasant surprise on arrival. The cottage is situated in a very attractive Peak village, close to lots of places of interest. At the same time, the surroundings are peaceful and placed for a perfect getaway, whether for a few days or longer.
