AC Hotel Detroit at the Bonstelle

Loved everything!

The hotel is sparkling new, beautifully designed with many different places to sit. Our (upgraded, thank you!) room was spacious, bed comfortable and a view of Downtown Detroit skyline. Easy access by free “Q” to downtown restaurants and activities. Breakfast buffet had delicious spread. Diamond at the front desk, welcomed us warmly and shared information about places to eat and visit, history of Detroit and community it developments. We appreciated the upgrade to a larger/ higher. Thank you Diamond!

Perfect location, super clean, staff was amazing!

Everything, great location, very clean, new and the staff were great. The manager Diamond was especially helpful after nightmare travel and her staff couldn’t locate our original booking.

As you enter the hotel you're surrounded by warm colors: cremes, browns, with black accents. The decor was sleek, modern with a long alternating leather and wood bench in the room. The room was spacious, very clean with plenty of wall sockets for electronics. The king-sized bed was cozy. My room had a street view with plenty of windows. Sliding glass doors to the bathroom & shower were a lovely touch. The hotel is right next to public transportation and around the corner from a Whole Foods market.

I spent more than expected -- shopping, snacks & breakfast add up quickly. I didn't care for being addressed by my first name at the front desk. HVAC system provided an intermittent, resonant reminder that it is working.

Some of the staff was rude but there were some staff that was excellent so that made up for the rude ones

Perfect location, close to the Detroit Orchestra Hall. We attended a concert last Friday and stayed overnight instead of driving home for an hour. Nice hotel, perfect for our needs. Will be back.
