One of the valet employees was aggressive with being tipped and I immediately notified the staff. Other than that, it was a great experience

Ideal location for all the city sporting arenas and down town hotel was clean and relatively new Breakfast service was a little slow please sort out the coffee had to line up …… The room was clean and as expected for a hotel of this type Enjoyed the atrium area once I got my coffee

Slow breakfast service and lack of parking information

It was beautiful, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable and spacious, and will remember this hotel for future stays in the city.

Hotel was very clean and seemed to be a very updated. The location was ideal for our trip to Little Caesars Arena. But for the size of the room and no microwave in the room $350 was a lot. But staff was great and even though I had to pay extra for breakfast it was pretty good.

More than accommodating Staff.

Best part of the experience was the hotel manager. He was very helpful and detail oriented. Great customer service skills.
