So pretty, clean, and spacious. Bed was so soft and I loved the blankets. Enjoyed the pool took some good pictures. I wanna live there so bad lol very cheap no deposit was held $300 was the price me and my sister went half and it was worth it. Everytime I come to Nashville I will be looking for this place to book

The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and stained. The bed linens were stained and unclean.

The property was fantastic, and fit all our needs. It was well kept, and the host was easy to communicate with.

The property was within walking distance to everything, or an easy $5 Uber ride if you REALLY enjoyed your time downtown. It was clean, the host was wonderful, and the maintenance staff throughout the building were incredibly kind. With 3 older teenagers and 2 adults we cooked at least 1-2 meals a day, so the kitchen and grills were a necessity. The views of the city, and the pool, gym and game room ended up being such a needed bonus! The only con was there was only one fob to the apartment door, so when the adults went out early, one of the kids had to wake up to walk us down to the parking garage to grab it so they could access the gym, elevator or pool area while we were in town. But, it was an easy work around. Absolutely delightful stay, and would definitely book again!

It wasn’t the cleanest . And only 1 fob to get to all areas of complex. As an apartment for groups this is not the correct use of keys. Our friends had Latch in their apartment. If one of group went home early they had to come through the lift and the front door to get the rest of apartment. One fob is not ok for an apartment this size . You really need to review this

Perfect place for our family vacation. We were in Nashville for a baseball show case for my son. The hotel that we originally booked was unsatisfactory and we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Thankfully, I found this place on booking.com. The unit was on the 9th floor and provided a great view of the city and the pool. The place was exceptionally clean and provided most of the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a huge refrigerator, electric stove-top, electric oven, microwave, and dish washer. These amenities allowed us to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the days that we were too tired to go anywhere after a full day of baseball. The only thing that I found missing were oven mitts. The family room/living area was also nice. There was a huge sectional couch, ottoman and smart TV. We were able to bond as a family over movies and games. The unit also had a washer and dryer which was helpful as I had to wash my son's baseball uniform etc on a daily basis. The master bedroom hada smart TV, 2 full size beds, a very large walk in closet with iron and small ironing board, and a full size shower bath with an extra large vanity. Brand name towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also provided. The second bedroom had another smart TV, king size bed, and sofa. The hallway bathroom was just outside of the 2nd bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms saved us a lot of time while everyone was getting ready for the day. There was plenty of room for our little family of 5 to spread out instead of being in a stuffy, cramped hotel room. The price that we paid for the unit was also a little less than half of what we would have paid for the hotel suite that we originally chose. I just wish that I would have booked here originally. The pool here was also super nice. The pool was the perfect spot for my nephew to chill out at. The building maintenance crew does a great job of maintaining the pool.

The walls here are paper thin. I believe that there was a noise policy in the complex from 9pm-9am but I guess residents or guests staying in the unit above us didn't follow those rules. We could hear people screaming and kids running or maybe it was a dog in the unit above us. The people in the unit above us were playing their music way too loud, way too early in the morning. It also appeared that there was only 1 elevator for the complex. One day, the elevator was out of service (it appeared like someone was possibly moving in) and we had to take the stairs up and down from the 9th floor. The parking situation was also a bit of an issue. If you were out too late, you just had to park where-ever you can find a space. Parking was very cramped in P0 and P1. I felt like I paid $30/day for parking, there should have been a spot or at least assigned parking.
