The apartment is gorgeous, high ceilings and huge arch windows made it very light and airy. It was all very tastefully furnished and extremely clean, well equipped. It’s a very peaceful place to stay and a short walk to shops and beach.

Could’ve done with a visitor info book telling us where to take the recycling or the rubbish. There were no recycling facilities at the nearest Tesco so we ended up bringing it home with us!

Although they were all in one room the layout was such that it felt like there were separate kitchen, dining and living areas which was nice. Property was very clean and homely. Second bedroom had a double bed and also bunk beds. Lovely comfy bed in the master bathroom.

Bathroom had a funny smell as if there had possibly been a leak in the past but this didn’t detract from how lovely the building and our stay were. Whilst it is not a negative about the property we could have benefitted from a spare bin bag being provided. There were plenty of cleaning products but we didn’t realise we needed a spare bin bags which until after the shops were closed on the bank holiday weekend

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Filey. Great to get to the shops and beach. Andy was really helpful and was easy to get hold of. The apartment was clean and perfect for me and my family. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was not working which we knew about before we stayed. It was very warm in the apartment as it is on the top floor and has very big windows. Hopefully this will get fixed soon. Towels provided. There were only 3 towels and a hand towel. We did not bring extra towels as it says they are provided. The apartment sleeps 6. A bath towel each is what I would have expected.

Great central location in a beautiful building.

Though at first sight it looked fine the level of cleanliness was poor, dirty mugs and some of the cutlery, kitchen and bathroom taps clearly not thoroughly cleaned for some time, built up dust and dirt on windowsills in parts. Tea towel hung on a screw! Too many warning signs e.g. keep the noise down, don’t move furniture etc Issues raised with owner, said would take on board feedback but no actual apology.

Great location, lovely apartment, well equipped.

We stayed during very hot weather, the AC didn’t work so sleeping was uncomfortable.
