I liked nothing about hotel.

They are forcing me to give them rating of 10 at check in time only. They charged me double the price shown in booking reservation amount when I asked about it they said that it was BOOKING platforms fault not ours. The hotel is on fourth floor and fifth floor they don't even have lift. The staff talk very rudely to you , even we have to quarrel with them for wifi password they don't even want to share it and for room keys also they were like when you want to lock room we will give it you just for locking rest of the time it will be with us The room is also very small if you lift your hand up fan will hit you.They don't even have mirror and hanger in the rooms. It's waste of money to be in that hotel. Even the water is coming very slow , washroom is not in a good condition to use and the door is filled with plasters. The room is very dirty and I found many spiders and various types of insects in the room. They updated my booking as not checked in one day after me checking out. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel at ₹400 but when I reached at the hotel, they threatened me that they will not give the room to me and i can leave the hotel. They charged me 4 times of what i got from booking.com. Also, the onwner Ankit, is an idiot. He doesn't know how to talk to customers.
