Main think is i was booked in a rate and paid at counter very much different amount completely cheating

MoI booked this hotel for 500rswhen I reached there they said me they must update the price and asked me to pay more than 2000 rs.i say no thanks .

I literally liked nothing about this hotel Staff was very bad they don't have manners to talk and rude also.. They are just looting and doing their unethical earning we booked the hotel in 1080 but ending up paying 3250 and they said it was just only their promotion price, the bed sheets were disgustingly bad and the blanket was smelling so bad and the tiles and walls were watery. They have allotted us room 2 hour late even though we have booked it and tell them our arrival time means like you will not be able to be in room before 11AM in morning, and when check out happening they have also asked us 400 rupees for 1 more hour.. The staff was passing bad comments, and the condition of room was not nice at all. TV was also broken.

Kuch like krne jesa tha hi nhi, staff bekar, room bekar, price bht jada liye..

Amount show on the application is cheaper while when visit to the hotel they demand high price
