Hotel Moon Residency Satya Niketan- Couple Friendly

Didn't like anything. Incorrect Hotel name mentioned on Booking.com plus they change the hotel stay amount at the time of check in. I booked 2 rooms for 1 day at rupees 1100 and they changed it to 3000 saying booking amount is promotion amount. Full scam is going on..... Booking.com should address such issues otherwise better optiona are available to customers such as MMT and Agoda. I will never use booking.com again.

When we called booking.com customer care they had only one answer that payment thing is managed by hotel and not by them.

Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Harmful room Dirty toilet Receptions is not good

Dirty, stained and torned linen, dirty washroom, uncouth behaviour. The property was booked for 388.47 INR. Upon reaching the property the reception guy modified the booking and asked 1500 INR almost 4 time's of the booking amount. Very much disappointed and worst experience
