Room are clean , good atmosphere , staf behaviour was good

Nothing at all, we stayed the first night and moved to a different hotel the next day as the place was absolutely disgusting.

We had a terrible experience. The bed and bedsheets were visibly dirty. After we requested fresh ones, we were given replacements that were only marginally cleaner. The walls were filthy, and the overall condition of the room was horrendous – far below any acceptable standard. Shockingly, we saw a member of staff sleeping on a sofa in reception, which says a lot about the general state of the place. We had booked for a week but were forced to leave after just one night due to the appalling conditions. When we asked for a refund, our request was refused. The photos shown online are highly misleading – the reality is nothing like what’s advertised. Stay well away from this hotel.
