Really lovely, big open space, very peaceful! Absolutely loved staying here. A friend and I stayed here to go to a swimming competition and Milfield School and it was a perfect base

Stunning stay here. Such a rural retreat, the location and the property was better than expected. We had an amazing time here. So clean and such a beautiful place inside and out.

It was just great..!

Lovely property finished to an excellent standard. We stayed during chilly December and yet it was really cosy with loads of piping hot water for baths, showers etc. Our hosts had even decorated the lodge for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Bed was super comfy. Very peaceful location.

The whole building was incredibly clean and all the facilities, furniture and all fixtures and fittings felt very new and functional. We could tell a high amount of effort had been put into getting the rooms ready to that level of presentation. We really liked the space, so to speak, and would definitely look to book it again as somewhere we could go to see family from in the area.

The lodge was beautiful, a little slice of heaven in Somerset. Bird song, tranquility and cosiness all wrapped into one. The accommodation was clean and welcoming and the aspect was gorgeous.
