The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped — especially convenient for guests arriving by car.

The only minor downside is that it’s not very close to Ortigia, but taking the local bus turned out to be a great experience!

Im Zimmer hatte es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Man fühlte sich nicht wohl.

The accommodation was fantastic, clean and cozy. Very close to the city, 15 minutes walk. We were able to park our car in the yard. We can recommend it.

Location was easy to find and clear instructions from the host were sent ahead of arrival. room was clean and spacious, loved the walk-in shower.

the only small issue we had was a neighbour in the room next to us that used the bathroom at 3am as the insulation of the walls is not the greatest but other than that (which is no fault of the host) everything was really good. highly recommend a stay

Der CheckIn und Out hat einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Der eigene Parkplatz war sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und funktional einfach gestaltet. Die Lage ist sehr gut um vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kooperation mit dem angrenzendem Kaffee konnte ich leider nicht ausnutzen, da wir früh weg mussten, ist aber sicher einen Abstecher wert. Die kleine Anlage mit den drei Appartements ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Wie so oft in Ferienunterkünften fehlen die Ablagen, oder die Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Ich persönlich würde die improvisierte Kaffeeecke mit der Mikrowelle etwas aufwerten und nicht auf einem Schreibtisch positionieren, auch würde ich die schönen sehr stylischen Nachtkästchen durch was praktikableres ersetzen, aber, wie gesagt das ist meine persönliche Meinung. es ist alles sehr stimmig und einladend.
