Had this place for a bank holiday stay cation with a group of friends. Nice place overall

Location is close to a very busy flyover. Location also seems to be within some sort of student halls. Certain areas of the house need a bit of revamp work No on site parking and the nearby NCP parking lot recommended isn’t £5 per day as suggested.

Great and spacious apartment, perfect for our little getaway. We had minor issues with the check in as we checked in early (last-minute decision) but it wasn't a problem and manager was very helpful, fast replies, very friendly and polite.

Well appointed. Clean inside.

The entrance and common areas were awful. Stepping over bin bags, drugs and rubbish. There was no hot water. Whilst the host told us what to do, pointing to instructions, you kind of expect to turn on the shower and get hot water. We had to leave with no showers.

Excellent service, lovely staff, very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious.

It is loud at night due to nearby clubs.
