"Excellent customer service, helpful guide to the property and very comfortable stay."

The facilities are excellent. Coffee machine in kitchen and bottles of water in the fridge

Location isn’t great. It’s off a dual carriageway but in fairness remarkably quiet.

"Beware they try to claim for damages falsely. Steer clear"

Location

Air conditioning not working the flats like a sauna when hot and next to a busy flyover so if you have thewindows open because of the heat then you can't sleep because of the noise, also they have tried to claim for damage caused by smoking despite the fact neither of us smoke . Disgusting way to treat respectful paying customers

"Home Away from Home"

The kitchen set has good amenities and is completely catered for day-to-day needs The bathroom and toilet ok and the diffusers gave a good fragrance to add to the homely ambiance. The rooms and beds including the furnishings nice.

Nothing other than it was difficult to locate from the main street
