Clear communication with the host and easy to contact them. They were very warm and welcoming in their emails as well as on the phone. Clean and accommodating apartment, modern amenities. Great location near to local bus station, walkable distance to grocery shops, restaurants and shopping centre. No noisy neighbours Felt safe with my elderly father Apartment on ground floor level was a bonus for my dad, 4/5 steps to access the building, which is manageable I have recommended this place to my family coming from abroad

There wasnt anything that I didnt like.

Host quick to respond to Pre stay queries. £4.95 24 hr NCP parking right opposite (payable by ncp app only). Appartment inside was clean and spacious. About a 10 minute walk into main town eg highcross/john lewis etc.

Nothing didn't like but location is on outskirts of city centre so maybe not ideal for a lone traveller.

A great place to stay in Leicester, conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. The host has thoughtfully provided board games and other fun activities.

The rooms are a bit small but we did not had an issue with that
