Waikato Uni guest room with private bathroom

This property is really close to the University, and there is convenient shop around there.

We stayed there for over 2 weeks, during our stay was really cold, there was no heater, we have to pay 8 dollars night/room if we want it. The cloths dryer did not work properly.

Location was great and the room was very comfortable and warm

The microwave is in need of replacing as it is rusty inside.

Very easy location. Lovely warm facilities. Great communication.

The location is handy for Hamilton. The host was helpful when I called to get arrival information.

The bed was shockingly bad. I could feel all the springs in the mattress. Needs urgent replacement. Parking was only available on the street, so I had to compete with heavy traffic to park nearby. There is no secure parking. Plumping in the bathroom needs repair; the shower does not drain well, and there is a musty odor from the drains in the bathroom . The room was cold with no heater. There were no exta blankets in the wardrobe. The lock on the door was troublesome and loose and needs repair.
