Waikato Uni guest room with private bathroom

Good value for money, clean, well presented and easy check-in. Very happy overall.

The shower drain wasn’t working well - I have notified the host so hopefully it is fixed now. I didn’t realise that there was a communal kitchen and laundry so keep that in mind if you want to book here.

Clean, nice, tidy room.

Rooms were clean and modern own bathroom and toilet and own keys to room felt homely and private and peaceful

Maybe remember more sheets and towels but we understood juggling many things and we're happy to do ourselves as ling the Host helped us was no problem

Bed was comfortable place really clean shower good pressure

There was definitely not off street parking had to park way down the road and advertising was bit confusing wasn't that clear was shared kitchen downstairs could hear the people next door in shower and banging also no TV in room or downstairs

The room was very clean and location was close to my job which was good. It was nice and quiet. The room was warm and had everything you could expect.

I didn't have a good sleep because the bed was too hard. I had a restless sleep the both nights I was there and woke up still feeling tired.
