Waikato Uni guest room with private bathroom

Good communication. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Value for money.

Good location, short walking distance to eateries and supermarkets. Good wifi. Nice blanket.

Good Place with with no issues.

No heater. It is little bit difficult in winter. But overall nice place.

No breakfast and location standard with roadside parking that they don't tell you you until you've paid

They advertise flat screen TV but there is no TV at all. The bed was hard. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we got there and when I messaged them the woman tried to imply that I was lying. She then said they would clean it the next day but nobody came to do it. Kitchen facilities, 2 cups for all to share, one small pot and a frying pan

Clean, warm and comfortable. Quiet and convenient

The bed was a little hard. The door lock is loose and needs tightening. The shower doesn't drain fast and may need looking at.
