Heritage Villa by Aayu - 10 mins walk to Armenian St

The location is great! Close to all the tourist attractions and the malls. The staff Hariz is very friendly! Would recommend this place to my friends who come to Penang.

Good location base in Penang with helpful and friendly staff. They organized activities such as tie dying workshop, and polymer clay jewellery making which were nice to have the option to do. Room was spacious and clean. Filtered water always available (even with a cold setting)!

Merci à Hariz pour sa réactivité et un changement de dernière minute de notre part. Nous avons séjourné dans leur deuxième maison à quelques mètres de la première, une chambre surclassée pour une erreur de notre part. Accueil très sympathique du jeune homme qui tient la boutique, échanges très agréables. Une maison qui vaut le déplacement par son architecture et les prestations qu’elle offre, au cœur d’un quartier plein de vie. Un coup de cœur pour Georgetown, nous reviendrons.

Perfect location at the center of georgetown. Very clean! The only pain point would be the bathroom
