Direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zugang mit Code was normal kein Problem ist aber da man direkt an der Straße ist muss man echt aufpassen das keiner schaut. Taxi etc. muss mann 5 min um die Ecke laufen da vor der Tür stehen bleiben nicht möglich ist.

I loved our Delux room, if you have the extra cash its well worth it. Aircon great, Bed and Bathroom wonderful. There is someone on-site who is super friendly and helpful. You will walk out of the apartments straight into everyday life of the local residents. Street food and a community atmosphere every night. The apartment is off road and in a quiet area. The most joyful thing is the elderly Karaoke where locals pensioners can sign their favorite songs. Learn to love this as a tourist its super important to their mental well being and its in there back yard, embrace it. It makes them happy and feel part of the community. Its lovely. Great location in Penang. Couldn't be better, easy access to the prettiest part of the Penang. Look for the street art, Penang's answer to Banksy.

Nothing all was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay in this authentically Malaysian accommodation with great location! The attention to detail was amazing and the host was so quick and friendly in replying to any questions we had (they arranged for us to take part in a natural dye workshop, let us check out late and store our luggage…). The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (the hair dryer was top 👌).

We had a great stay and felt very well taken care of by Lava and Hariz. Communication via WhatsApp was extremely smooth — they respond very quickly and are always happy to help with anything. Even though it was a self check-in, everything was perfectly organized and we felt very welcomed. They also checked in with us daily to see if we needed room cleaning, which was a nice touch. The ground floor bedroom with private bathroom was fantastic — very spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and really relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there. We even booked an extra night. Overall, we loved our stay at Heritage Villa by Aayu and would definitely recommend it!

Only small note: the towels were a bit difficult to dry with, but it didn’t affect our stay much.

The stay was nice, the location is definitely the selling point of this Villa! We liked the communication from the hosts, they were responsive and nice, everything was smooth. The amenities were great too, everything and more was there.

There could be a clear description saying that the room is without window :( we noticed only later that the picture with the window is from the bathroom, and the bedroom had no window at all.

We love the house bcs its very cosy, the decoration is so beautiful. They have bathtub and this unit is private so we like that
