Etna Exclusive

Tutto perfetto. Struttura facile da raggiungere, dotata di ogni comfort e pulizia impeccabile.

La chambre était parfaite. La piscine est très bien exposée et arborée. La propriétaire ne parle pas français ni anglais mais elle utilise Google traduction, la langue n'est donc une barrière. Elle est super serviable et aux petits soins.

La camera si trova all’interno di una splendida villa con piscina esterna. All’interno la camera rifinita nei minimi dettagli , vasca idromassaggio dotata di luci colorate e super capiente. I proprietari super gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste. Torneremo certamente.

We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

Arrival was difficult. The GPS took us to the same address in another mountain village 20 minutes away. The accommodation has no name on it, so we could not tell if we were in the correct place when we finally got there.. There does not appear to be an office. There was no communication sent about check-in. We could not find the owner/manager, but found his brother who was very helpful. The suite had a jacuzzi, but we weren't sure how to use it. It would take a very long time and a lot of water to fill it. There were four remote controls in our room and we didn't know what they were for or how to use them. Instructions would be helpful.. Our friends had green lights on in their jacuzzi all night and couldn't figure out how to turn them off. In our suite, red overhead lights came on in the middle of the night and we didn't know how to turn them off. Breakfast was a couple of packaged muffins and water. The room is all open, so whatever happens in the bathroom is apparent in the bedroom.

La struttura è stupenda e arredata benissimo. Il personale è super cordiale e disponibile. La stanza è pulitissima e corredata da molti accessori che si trovano solo in hotel di lusso. Esperienza eccezionale e da rifare!
