We received a warm welcome upon arrival, the room was well equipped with things such as a coffee machine, hair dryer, air con etc. The room was nice and clean and there were some amenities in the bathroom available such as mini shower gel sachets. The room was comfortable and perfect for a short stay.

It would be beneficial to have check out information to hand as we forgot to ask at check in and took us a few mins to find out where to put the keys, but not a big issue!

Very modern, clean, great facilities and great price! Even had a perfect view on the Etna :)

Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée, avons eu toutes les infos rapidement sur les formalités d'entrée et sortie. L'appartement est très bien situé pour des départs pour randonner sur l'Etna avec vue imprenable sur le volcan. Très bien équipé et confortable. Parfait pour une famille de 4.

Un peu dommage pour la piscine qui n'était pas accessible car non prête pour la saison, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué par booking lors de la réservation. On se serait bien détendus après l'ascension à 3000 mètre du matin...
