Poor service, there was leakage to the bedroom through the bathroom. Not acceptable. Some compensation was expected but it was denied. I maynot.

Hard-working staff with good customer care culture. Very helpful. Food was delicious.

Location was excellent

Room Size is not good enough

This hotel, which consists of rooms on the fourth floor, and a small restaurant, are perfectly located for the Metro Station, which is 2 mins away and it's also close to the river. It is easy to get tuk tuks outside the hotel. The rooms are basic but reasonably clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. The Indian breakfast was tasty and we also enjoyed the food from the onsite kitchen. We were able to leave our bags at checkout, as we had a later train.

The window ledges were very dirty and need a wipe. There was quite a bit of shouting, coming from the kitchen, at breakfast, which was quite off putting!
