Breakfast was just ok. No prior information about anything.

The rooms in charge Roop Singh doesn’t know anything about facilities around this lodging. Rooms are so small and website is highly misleading. The clothing cupboard is terrible to use. Overall the place doesn’t give you any satisfaction or privacy when these are fundamental expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are newly renovated and clean, there are some shortcomings. On the positive side, the location is excellent. it's close to CG Road, Ashram Road, and Navrangpura, making it convenient for accessing key areas of the city. I specifically booked this accommodation because it advertised ample parking space, as I was bringing my brand new car. Unfortunately, there was no parking available upon arrival. Despite informing the staff multiple times, they remained indifferent. The ground-floor restaurant occupies the entire parking area and doesn't allow guests to park there, even when spaces are available. I was advised to park on the roadside, which didn't feel safe for my new car, and I had to struggle to find parking on my own. Additionally, the bathroom was cramped and not constructed properly. During my shower, water from the shower leaked into the room, soaking the entire floor near the bed. Aside from these issues, my stay was comfortable. However, the staff is not very cordial or friendly. Whenever I had queries, their responses often began with a straightforward "no."

Staff response on usual issues which was usually dismissive

The location is excellent, conveniently close to metro and railway stations. The riverfront is within walking distance, and all other popular attractions are just 4-5 km away. The property offers ample parking space, and there are several restaurant options right outside the hotel.

The checkout time is inconveniently early at 10 AM sharp, which can be challenging if you're traveling to rest, as it requires waking up early. The breakfast options were extremely limited, with only 2-3 items available. The room size is very small, with tightly packed furniture, leaving minimal space to move around. The overall size of the hotel is also very compact, occupying just one floor of a building, with a tiny reception, a very small dining area, and no lobby. The washroom is made of glass within the room, with a shower area and basin so tightly packed that it often becomes messy. During my 3-day stay, the hotel provided only one set of water bottles on the first day. When I asked for more the next day, they charged me, which was surprising since standard hotels typically provide water bottles daily.

Location was close to metro

Dirty sheets.. had to get them changed after arrival at night. Kaboosh kind tiny rooms.. no place to sit or keep luggage. Owner / manager is rude .

The location was very good near to Gandhigram metro station. The rooms were clean too as the hotel is recently opened. I hope they keep up this standard right through in future too. Breakfast was too good and they served variety of different dishes. Overall very happy with the experience 👌👌👌

It was terrible , they insisted to cancel with you and rent the room with them directly with cash payment as they won’t accept credit card .when I insisted , they gave the room to another couple who walked in after us and told us they had no room any more and asked us to leave .
