Location, it was fairly new facility

Lack of Water and hot water spoiled our schedule. Its an eternal problem in Gujrat, particularly hot water, Could only have a good hot shower only in one hotel out of 5 we stayed over 10 days

The cleanest and best equipped rooms so far on our travels across India. Great value for money. The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. The owner speaks good English and was very responsive.

Very minor point: The staff did not speak English, which is ok of course, but they made no effort to communicate with Google Translate. Therefore first impressions was that they were surly, but we soon discovered that they were friendly and helpful.

"Good aesthetics of the hotel."

Until ewached the hotel. Need to put the boards to guide the way to hotel. Its on 4th floor.
