The treatment was well discriminating. I reserved my stay online. Upon arrival 4 p.m. I was informed it would be 20 Min. Tired from the road frustrated at the receptionist non chalant attitude I decided to not speak on it since I asked for some chips for the wait & she waived her hand off as to dismiss any notion of compliment or service for being an hour and 20 min. late for my checking in. I was tired and hungry so we waited 12 minutes and we're checked in. We were tired so we decided to stay a second day here IS WHEN I SEE A DISCRIMINATORY ACTION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A HOTEL OR MOTEL REFUSE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS. I AM VERY UPSET AND TOTALLY EMBARRASSED. I ASKED FOR MY BEDDING TO BE CHANGED AFTER I RESERVED AND PAID FOR A SECOND NIGHT WITH MY GIRLFRIEND. THE WOMAN TOLD ME NO. 100 BUCKS A NIGHT. I CANT EVEN GET A BEDDING CHANGE. As a burn survivor 80 percent of my body suffered 3rd degree burns. I could not believe she would refuse such a normal request. I refused to get into an argument with this very uncooperative employee. Instead I've written this complaint in expectation of a refund. Business Ethics & Values will not allow me to be well after being treated in such a way and spending nearly 200 dollars. Please inform me what do you all suggest?
