The microwave clock had the correct time. I like that in a motel.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding my recent stay at Terrace Inn Suites from 9/3/25 to 9/22/25. I woke up with multiple bites on my body (see attached photos). I raised this with the property, but their only response on 9/23/25was that they “checked the bed.” That does not change the fact that I suffered bites during my stay. I have one on the back of my neck where my hair is located. I am requesting a full refund of my stay and compensation for the damages. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through Hotels.com, my bank, and the local health department

It was a good experience

Room stinks, walls were stained brown. Restroom was dirty. Brown stain in the tub. Felt very suffocating in there with the dirty smell.

Que haces se llena el parqueadero y no hay espacio y las tarjetas a diario teníamos que ir a que las cambiaran para poder entrar de nuevo a la habitación

The staff is greaf the only problem i had it was noisy and I couldn't get good sleep. I stayed there for work.
