Casa Misa Alina Suites

I had a beautiful night staying at this accommodation. The communication with the host was smooth, and she was really welcoming. I enjoyed the strong WiFi, easy access to amenities like restaurants, and the view was beautiful.

The location was decent

The linens were old and dingy.. the mattress had a significant dip and needs to be replaced… the was only I drinking glass in the cabinet and it was half full water when I took it out….. the dish sponge needed to be replaced it was worn out and dirty.. I did not feel the linens had been clean as they did. It smell clean..the bathroom had a terrible odor and the cleaning mops were stored at the bathroom sink so you had to smell a dirty mop while you brushed your teeth. I complained to the host and got no response. The host did reach out to me when I checked out and she complained to me about a bit of makeup I got on a towel… but it was only one night… $23 usd so I got what I paid for…

Absolutely nothing

I did not have the opportunity to visit the property because it was already occupied, and I was given no prior notice of this until I personally contacted the person in charge of its management. I was promised alternative accommodation, but after waiting a long time I did not receive any solution or even an apology. I believe this person has not demonstrated professionalism in carrying out their duties.”

The property manager was anything but professional — calling them unprofessional would actually be a compliment.
