Ben View Phoenix Hotel

L' hôtelier qui met à l'aise, on est comme à la maison avec le côté vieillot de l' hôtel mais qui va avec le tout. On est loin des grosses chaînes hôtelières et ça change. Petit déjeuner sympa avec l' hôtelier qui vous sert et vous propose des suggestions. C'est un peu " tommy mitchelli" !

L' insonorisation mais la nuit quand ça dort , pas de bruit

Wir haben die Unterkunft verlassen und haben dort nicht geschlafen. Der Eigentümer hat stark nach Alkohol gerochen und das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, an der Zimmerdecke waren sehr viele Spinnen und andere Krabbeltiere. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig und überall waren Krümel. Es gibt auch keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne mit einem Becher.

Ottima accoglienza da parte del gestore

Posizione bellissima e suggestiva, ospitalità perfetta e accogliente, camera molto bella, colazione ottima. Davvero una bella esperienza.

La vasca senza doccino non è comodissima.

Il proprietario della struttura si è da subito mostrato gentile ed accogliente. Prepara lui personalmente colazione e cena, entrambe risultate ottime. Essendo da solo, le tempistiche sono un pò dilatate, ma il tutto fa parte dell’esperienza.

La camera è un po’ piccolina ed umida. La pulizia non è delle migliori. Il bagno presentava solo vasca con rubinetti per acqua fredda e calda separati (no miscelatore); di conseguenza, era un po’ difficoltoso fare la doccia.

Il sig. Graham molto gentile e simpatico. Ci ha preparato un’ottima cena e anche la colazione è stata molto varia e abbondante.

La struttura era abbastanza sporca, ragnatele ovunque, soprattutto nelle zone comuni, asciugamani sporchi e porta del bagno che non si chiudeva.

Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoyed breakfast with other vacationers. Graham provided and warm and inviting atmosphere.

Older building which could use some updates. No shower only bath in my room.
