location. lots of restaurants around. clean. reasonable size. comfortable bed.

noisy at night. stairwell. washing machine communal on another floor.

Apartment is just metres away from Piazza Maggiore and has many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. From the window are beautiful views of Via Clavature and its church. Riccardo the host was amazing, helpful and accommodating where possible for early checkin. The best host we’ve had on our Italian holiday

The days got quite warm during our stay and the air conditioning was not very good. We opened windows instead but then you have street noise. It didn’t bother us though the apartment was still great

the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. overall the apartment was cosy and clean

the WiFi was not working and besides the information were not provided at the check in. the staff was nice but overall it felt all a bit disorganised. Also the area is very very noisy. I couldn’t sleep until late and then I was waken up at 7 am in the morning by loud noises coming from the main square. a bit expensive for what it was offered

11/10 for location and friendly host! You are in a super centre of the old town, no more that 10 steps to Piazza Maggiore. We also got perfect tip for near 051 Osteria from our host. Thanks for unforgettable vacation!
