Very spacious and in a good location

We had a problem with the ac as the one in bedroom was leaking water and was not cooling the room properly but I messaged the owner and he brought us a portable ac. Ac in the living room was working well.

"Perfect location, in cosy clean apartment."

Amazing location, very easy check in and comfortable for two people.

It can be slightly noisy at night but that is to be expected because it is so central and so it did not bother us.

Location is great - right in the heart of city centre

Hygiene levels are terrible... Their (owner) response to photos/videos sent was ridiculous (they put a blame completely to the company that is cleaning the property, without a single apology)

"Great location and a host who responds quickly"

The location is very good and the host, Ricky is very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We requested an early check-in which Ricky accommodated. He also inquired about our taxi situation after we checked out, as we had encountered difficulties when trying to call for one the previous day.

We weren't informed about the hot water system issue on the first day. While it was working fine on the second day, it would have been helpful to know in advance to avoid any surprises when we attempted to shower.
