Excellent location and well furnished apartment

House keeping needs major improvement. Bathroom and pots not cleaned

Fabulous location, right off Piazza Maguire, walking distance to most of the key attractions and lots of restaurants and food markets.. The apartments set up was great for a 4 day stay ( and more if you wanted ) with a kitchenette . Although right in the centre with double glazing the external Ouse was not a problem.

There were a few minor maintenance issues which could be easily fixed. There is a steep flight of stairs up to the property so it can be a struggle with heavy bags.

Location is great. Bed was comfortable.

We arrived and there was not a washing machine in the unit as listed. The common one was broken. It was to be fixed the next day. Not fixable had to replace the unit. We were trying to get answers on the machine. Was there a dryer. Finally the afternoon we were to leave we found out there was no dryer. We were getting on a cruise the next day and the clothes had to be dry. We ended up going to a laundry mat. Not in our plans. Very disappointed in the lack of communications and that the listing showed washer. We plan on being able to wash clothes on our schedule

The apartment offers ample space and comfort, and its window provides a clear view of Piazza Maggiore. Our host, Riccardo, displayed patience and friendliness when our train to Firenze was delayed by over half hour. Fortunately, we were able to communicate with him via WhatsApp, and the key handover proceeded smoothly. The apartment was thoroughly clean, and its amenities contributed to a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals, making it convenient for those who wish to explore local markets and cook. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city, granting easy access to most attractions, as well as an array of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

During our stay, we experienced hot weather with temperatures reaching 38 degrees Celsius. While the apartment was equipped with two air conditioners, only the one in the bedroom was functional. However, it didn't cool the room sufficiently, and it also emitted some noise. Due to the central city location on the first floor, leaving the windows open at night was not feasible due to the surrounding noise. Additionally, the internet network in the apartment was not optimal, frequently becoming unavailable for extended periods. It's worth noting that this internet issue was a recurring problem we encountered throughout our trip in Italy.
