The Residences at BCCT

Not pet friendly. Dogs have to wear diapers. That is not stated anywhere, but too bad. We got kicked out after we didnt have diapers for the dogs. I paid for the 3 rooms and we there for a total of 7 hours. No refund. We had 3 rooms requested to be close to each other. They gave us 1 on each floor. 1915, 2002 and 2115. Couldnt get any tv stations on the tvs. You must have a subscription service and the knowledge on how to enter all the required information into the tvs. The front desk has no phone, so you can not contact them.

Roof top pool with restaurant was amazing! Central location to most things within walking distance! Nice breakfast included!

Only 1/2 hr extended check out option available but we just left out bags their until flying out later anyway so no worries really just wanted to hang around the pool or cafe a bit longer after check out maybe but no option to.

Great location.

Slow check in and check out process. Not super clean rooms - there was mould in our bathroom sink. No towels in room upon arrival. Requested 3 times before we received our towels. In the end we purchased our own towels. When towels were delivered only 2 x bath towels were provided - no hand towels, bath mats or face towels. Requested a second time to refresh towels on our second day and we never received fresh towels until we checked out on the third day.

I liked this place from the first time we stayef here a few years back. Cleanliness is maintained, kind and helpful staff. Proximity to a lot of places and things we want to do in BGC. And the view is so amazing, the pool and the rooftop bar are just perfect for us.
