When I booked, I specified that I wanted breakfast. I chose the one with free breakfast. Then when we checked in, they said it wasn't included in our reservation, so it felt like we were cheated.

"Ich würde woanders nächstes Mal schlafen."

Handtücher haben wir erst am zweiten Tag bekommen. Also nach dem Handy waschen haben wir einfach das Badetuch benutzt.

Es riecht muffig. Aber weit geräumig. Hat man viel platzt.

The location is very good, specially being so close to a shopping mall, where you can get things done easily.

I had to ask for things a couple of times. When travelling, we expect our needs to be anticipated. So it gave me the feeling of ¨we are gonna deal with it when it happens¨.
