The Residences at BCCT

The location is ok, is near to sm aura mall .. but this is the only + this appartment is having. We will never come back there

Dirty, 2 tv not working, internet slow, sheets were not replaced, washing machine not working properly, we had to move to another location because of poor conditions. They almost double charged me for room at the reception when i told them i want yo stay 18 more nights… and we believe we received a different room than booked

Everything here is cheap (poor design - also smelly, funny layout - renovation needed in some parts of the building, quirky layout of the food area, staff who respond very late) --- there is one thing that is not cheap though, and that is the price! Avoid at all costs.

Very good location, quieter than other apartments I've stayed in, good service from reception.

The room is spacious. Have all the things you need for a good stay.

The property interior looks old. The TV is so slow, it barely responds to the remote.
