Location

No one informed us that the cafe where breakfast is served was closed today due to the typhoon. When we went up to the penthouse along with another guest, there was no one there to tell us. There should have been a sign informing us of room service, at least. The breakfast took a long time to be delivered, and the continental breakfast that we got only had 3 pcs of bread, some butter and jam, and scrambled eggs.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room and bathrooms were clean.

The shower floor in the master bedroom did not have the correct incline towards the drain. As such, so much water pools on the side and takes a very long time to drain and dry up.

The view was amazing especially in our room . You can watch the sunset 🌅 and it’s beautiful. The staffs are amazing.

The breakfast is bad 😢. They are not also well organized. Lots of mistake for our breakfast order for day 1 and day 2. For the last day we didn’t get our complementary breakfast because we are very disappointed .

"It was a 6/10 in my opinion."

Our stay was ok. The room we got was nice. We stayed in a 2bedroom because we were initially gonna go there with two other people. It had everything we needed (a fridge, washer, small cooktop, plates, utensils, hair dryer, iron with an ironing board, etc). Beds were very comfortable, AC was strong, everything was clean. Staff was nice. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Bonifacio High Street.

I didn’t like that they only had one working elevator and it was soooo slow. We were in the 20th floor and it took forever for the elevator to go up and down. Also, you could easily miss the hotel if you’re not looking hard enough haha. You basically make a right into their driveway (in front of SM), then you’ll see Brittany hotel. The Residences is right beside Brittany, and it’s easy to miss since the entrance is pretty small.

Location, clean rooms, swimming pool, courteous staff.

Late breakfast at 7:30 am. I didn’t get to eat my free BF. They also couldn’t issue an official invoice for company liquidation purposes.
