Could book in fairly late, friendly and helpful lady guiding us telephonically to the house. Secure

It would be great to know the following beforehand: 1 - room is on second floor with steel stairs (outside) to access. Could be difficult for older people. 2 - no fridge or dishwashing facilities (but there were plates and cutlery). 3 - shower not private, flimsy see-through curtain...
