Krabi River View Hotel

Leaving in the morning ! And there was no one at reception to see us go, it was not particularly early..only 7.15am

Where can we start….. It was not until we were in the room we noticed how mucky and the mould all around the windows- thick and black, probably caused by condensation. The bathroom was tiny and not nice and the bum blaster was revolting. The towels were hard and thin. The night was sleepless as the bed was rock hard and right outside the window was a really bright light that the curtains could not keep out. There was also no bedside lights. No option to move as it was fully booked, luckily it was just the one night, if it had been any more we would not have stayed

The staff are so amazing both in the hotel and the accompanying restaurant. They helped us so much during our stay!

We didn't realise there was only stairs to get to the premium rooms, we would have booked a standard room lower down as we had a lot of luggage.

Great location. Good size room.

No lift.

Booked a river view room and was allocated a room looking at a street. This was resolved. The air conditioning unit on the balcony sounded like a sick jet engine. Sooo noisy I had to turn it off and it was then like sleeping in a sauna! Reported and hopefully now fixed.
