It serves it's purpose. Wifi worked fine. Organised our taxi to the airport and was able to store our bag there for the day

Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we went into the room. No toilet paper, rubbish bin full and best not describe the other thing.

The hotel was easy for the taxi to find from Krabi port. The hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean with a balcony overlooking the river. The location was great as just around the corner from the night market. There is also a great little restaurant below the hotel. There was one issue as the balcony table collapsed due to the metal holding the glass below being old. The glass top fell and the table fell apart. Luckily we were not injured but I did have a bruise to the leg. I was worried that this would cause a problem but the receptionist was very sweet about it all. I would say the place needs to upgrade the balcony furniture but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
