The Presidential Inn at Poland Spring Resort

Registration Clerk was no help; as a matter of fact, she was rude. I arrived early and asked if my check in could be expedited. She said the room was “dirty” and I had to come back a 3:00PM. She certainly needs more customer service training.

Not much, area was clean

Weird hotel, check in is a quater a mile away

Room was large and clean. Happy to have AC and private bathroom. Great property with plenty of options for things to do, outdoor space, food and easy parking! Wifi was spotty for working, but it was great to unplug a bit, still had phone signal.

Finding where to check-in was a little confusing. There was no receptionist at building I was staying in, since it wasn't the main inn. Shower in my room didn't work.

The Poland Inn Resort is in a beautiful setting. The room was comfortable and spacious. The food was very good.

No elevator self service for towels and room maintenance

It was big and clean , I liked that it was “old fashioned “ it was just a great relaxing experience.

Mattress was a little lumpy

Liked the old-timey feel of an early 1900s lodge. The surrounding grounds are lovely.

No central air—which is understandable. You need to turn on your room’s air conditioning unit. Best plan is to do that and then leave for 90 minutes to let the room cool down. The free morning coffee service is horrible. Folgers machine + powdered whitener = UGH!

Food is excellent with a great chef Ambiance as if we are back to the 60s Golf course view and the deck

Mattress was solf and old Bedroom with no/limited amenities

Spacious, well manicured, scenic. Many historic places among the grounds.
