Washroom facility is not good.

We liked that it was in a quiet suburban environment. First we didn't think it was a good location but the train station was just around the corner and it only took one station to reach downtown. Very convenient.

Communication with the owner was difficult. It was also not clear in the booking that one had to share bathroom, kitchen and toilet with other guests. It turned out being ok, but was just a surprise at first.

The owner is very kind, she let us book only a couple hours before check in, she showed us everything, and when I realized I forgot a small bag in the closet, a few days after our stay, I was able to meet up with her and get it back.

The water in the shower would not warm up.

The owner greeted me and made the bed on the floor. I paid her cash. I shared the one toilet / bathroom with people upstairs. There was a kitchen BUT not even a tea or water for free.

It was cold, although there was a heater in the room but when you use the bathroom it was freezing. There was no hot water for a shower. There was no welcoming coffee / tea or water. As I traveled one month in Japan - I found for the price - it was extremely bad value.
