Location, parking, open door when I showed up early, inside temperature was pleasant, windows could open and there was an A/C

Noisy toilet door. Also, I felt sorry for the folks in the downstairs room that my family made noise having a bath til 10:30 PM but then in the morning they called up to us, waking us, to say they were leaving (maybe in case we wished to lock the front door?)… also I was glad to have had a plastic spoon in the car as there were no eating utensils or cereal bowls. Also no tea bags.
