Tricky to find, a house number would help We were familiar with the area but still struggled to find the property

Clean, spacious with lovely warm lighting.

Parking was expensive for our second car.

As with other reviewers the cleanliness, attention to detail of need's, quality of showers etc were all very good. It was also very central to town, and close to the main car park. Also quick responses to questions we had. Would benefit from a book of customer comments on good places to eat, visit etc we ate in the Millside restaurant and Lilac restaurant & wine bar, both were superb.

Other reviews said the photos did not do the place justice. I agree some of the rooms were better than expected, such as the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the lounge and dining area for us lacked natural light, and the lounge window looks onto a narrow alleyway. Although the owners have done a great job with the ceiling lighting to help compensate, and the poor weather the weekend we stayed didn’t help. but we would not have wanted to spent any length of time in there.

Excellent quiet location, just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and town. The accommodation is very clean and cozy with loads of electrical sockets, usb ports and good WiFi. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and lovely private garden. On one of the days we stayed it poured with rain all day so it was lovely to have such a cozy home to be comfortable in.

We stayed last year and left a very positive review but with 2 small observations for improvement. ( replace / repair garden bench and provide shower gel shelf in bathroom). It was lovely to see both of these had been addressed. Thank you. On one day of our stay this year we lit the log burner, which was lovely, but only after it was lit realised the glass on the door was black with dirt so it obscured the flames quite a bit.

Simply beautiful house in a great location. Had absolutely everything we needed. The secluded garden was the perfect spot for breakfast or just to sit a while. We don't usually spend much time indoors when we go away, but this was so lovely that we found ourselves wishing for a rainy day as an excuse to stay in.

Very unique design. Close to the town. Comfortable and had all amenities you could ask for.

Second visit to the Brewhouse and once again had a lovely time, it's just the perfect place and location for a few relaxing days in Lyme Regis!

Beautifully renovated property, lovely garden, excellent location for the beach and town. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

Hard to find anything to criticise, maybe just clarify that the upstairs bathroom is en-suite.
