It was clean and comfy

No alternative to butterly at all such as marmalade or jam family owned a farm and even with rationing managed to provide butter for us I do know we were lucky during war helped out on farm.

No signage on building or gate, so a little confusing to find at first.

A continental breakfast is supplied if you are happy raking through what feels like someone else's fridge. There were not fresh pastries as advertised, nowhere to sit and a black bin liner hanging in the door for a bin. I took the only banana a tangerine back to the room.

Using the work 'Inn' is misleading and the word deluxe needs to be completely removed from the description of the room. The laminate flooring is separating at some of the joins, the shower handle is only attached with one screw, the advertised toiletries were missing the shampoo, the bedside shelf is loose so you are unable to put anything on it, the towels were mixed sizes and colours, the pillows and duvets are well past their best and the 'antique cream' colour make them look unwashed and as for the garden view ... the curtains were closed when I arrived and stayed that way! Do not class this as suitable for solo travellers. I did not feel safe and in the morning the road had been closed off with what looked like a police incident tent in one of the gardens. I never saw a member of staff during my time there.
